At BePasal, we want you to be fully satisfied with our platform. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund for your subscription. We strive to be fair and transparent in all billing matters.

1. 14-Day Free Trial

All new BePasal accounts start with a 14-day free trial with full access to the platform's features. During the trial period:

  • No payment information is required to start your trial.
  • You will not be charged anything during the 14-day trial period.
  • You can cancel at any time during the trial without any obligation or charge.
  • At the end of the trial, you will be prompted to select a paid plan to continue using BePasal.

2. Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

Within 7 Days of Billing

You may request a full or prorated refund within 7 days of being charged for a new billing cycle. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription period.

After 7 Days

Refund requests made more than 7 days after billing are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a prorated credit toward future billing cycles instead of a direct refund.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plan subscribers may request a prorated refund for the unused months within 30 days of the annual billing date. After 30 days, a prorated account credit may be issued at our discretion.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Include your details

Provide your account email, store name, billing date, and the reason for your refund request.

Await confirmation

Our billing team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a decision.

4. Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
  • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (eSewa, Khalti, or bank account).
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. BePasal is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • AI credit packs that have been partially or fully consumed.
  • Premium theme purchases, once the theme has been activated on your store.
  • Custom domain registration fees.
  • Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
