In the lanes of Kathmandu, thousands of sellers run thriving businesses entirely through Instagram DMs and WhatsApp messages. They photograph products, post stories, respond to inquiries, confirm payments, and coordinate deliveries — all manually, all day long.

We watched sellers juggle hundreds of orders across scattered chat threads, lose track of payments, and miss messages that meant missed sales. They were doing incredible work, but their tools hadn't caught up with their ambition.

The tools that existed were built for Western markets — expensive Shopify stores, complex CRMs, payment gateways that didn't support eSewa or Khalti. Nothing was built for the way social sellers in Nepal actually work.
